Privacy
Last updated 24 October 2026
Short version: we use your location to find parking near you and do not keep it. Your saved places stay on your phone. We keep your mobile number and comments only if you post one.
Your location
- Your browser asks before sharing it. You can say no and search a place instead.
- If you share it, it is sent with your search so we can list parking nearby and work out drive times. It is used for that request only.
- Our servers do not record the coordinates, and they are not linked to your account or your number.
Saved on your phone, not with us
Your watchlist, frequent places, the “I’ve parked here” timer, recent searches and answers to the quick questions are stored in your browser. We cannot see them. Clearing your browser’s site data removes them.
If you post a comment
- We store your mobile number (to sign you in with a one-time code), and your comment, rating, the amount you paid if you add it, and the time.
- A published comment shows your first name and last initial, or “Driver” and the last four digits of your number if you gave no name. It never shows your full number.
- Reviewers see the comment and the author name as it would be shown, to decide whether to publish it. Comments waiting for review are visible only to you and them.
- The login uses a cookie to keep you signed in. That is the only cookie. There is no advertising and no usage tracking on the parking pages.
Others who get some data
- Map tiles are loaded from a map provider (OpenStreetMap by default). It sees your device’s address and which part of the map you view, as any map does.
- Google Maps, Apple Maps and WhatsApp receive a place or message only when you tap their button. Their own privacy policies then apply.
- Our SMS provider receives your number to send the one-time code.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your number and comments while your account exists. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to have a comment taken down, through the complaints page. We answer within the time given there. This follows India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Children
The service is for drivers and is not aimed at children.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and its date.
