Nivaaro Parking helps drivers find public parking in Delhi NCR. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What the service is, and is not

Chances are estimates. The “chance of a space” comes from usual demand for each kind of place at that hour. It is not a live count, and a lot can be full when we say “likely”.
Prices are guides. Where an operator publishes a rate card we use it and show when it was last checked. Rates change. The board at the entry is what you pay.
We do not run any parking. We do not own, operate or take bookings for any lot. Disputes about fees, damage, theft or access are between you and the operator.
Directions come from your maps app. We hand the destination to Google Maps or Apple Maps. Follow road signs and the law, and do not use your phone while driving.

Your account

You can search and save places without an account. To post a comment you sign in with a mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for what is posted from your account.

Comments

Comments are text only. Share what you found: how easy a space was, what you paid.
Every comment is reviewed before it is published. Yours stays visible to you, marked as waiting, until then.
Do not post personal details (phone numbers, vehicle numbers, names of attendants), abuse, hate, threats, adverts, links, anything false or anything unlawful.
Post only about a lot you have visited.
You keep ownership of what you write, and you let us show it on Nivaaro Parking and remove or edit it for length or clarity. We may reject or remove any comment, and may block an account that breaks these rules.

Using the site fairly

Do not copy the data in bulk with scripts, overload the service, or try to break into it. The underlying open data is available from its original sources; see where our data comes from.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the information accurate but give it as it is, without a guarantee. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for fees paid, a lot being full or closed, fines, or any loss from relying on an estimate. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.

Changes and law

We may change these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
